A Sweet Surprise!

Yesterday I received a sweet card and catalog in the mail from my dear friend Liz. She had gotten 2 copies of the catalog Victorian Trading Company and thought I might like a copy. It was a pleasure to look through and enjoy the treasures within. I pondered what it would be like to have lived in the victorian era. How lovely it would be.

Thank you to Liz for making my day special. It's nice to know a friend is thinking of you.

Time For Tea

A favorite time in the day for me is when we take a break from my lessons and enjoy a steaming pot of tea. Today we savored a lovely cup of Vanilla Comoro tea with White Chocolate Cherry Scones. It is a delight to take time for tea and reading. I treasure these moments.

Postcrossing

I recently signed up to Postcrossing. It is where you send and receive postcards from around the world. I signed up about a month ago and have gotten 5 postcards. :) I have received cards from Japan, Portugal, Netherlands, China, and Nebraska. I have sent postcards to Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Russia, China, Taiwan , California, and Georgia. I thought I would share with you the postcards that I have received. It is alot of fun getting to receive mail from around the world. It is nice to see what people write.
